Every family has a different rhythm. Rhythms Home Care provides the flexibility needed to accommodate a variety of senior home care assistance needs. We are one of the only at-home senior care providers in the Denver metro area offering a four hour minimum visit, because sometimes that’s all that is needed. If outpatient therapy services are needed, we can provide in-home rehab through our partnership with Infinity Rehab at Home. Additionally, if needs change that require medical home care, we can switch from a personal care associate (PCA) to a certified nursing assistant (CNA) with medical training. Annual competency training is provided to our team as well as ongoing monthly and dementia-specific training.
