Full Time & Direct Care team members have the option of participating in one of our competitive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, including a free medical plan.
Flexible Paid Time Off
Full Time and Direct Care team members receive competitive Paid Time Off that starts to accrue just 30 days after hire date. Leadership team members are eligible for Unlimited Paid Time Off.
Scholarship & Tuition Assistance
Up to $6500 in scholarship and tuition assistance funds available to further your education, which can be used for degree programs as well as certifications. Scholarships have been awarded for variety of educational interests including CNA certification, BSN and MSN programs, and Assisted Living Administrator certifications.
Retirement Plan
Team members can immediately participate in our 403(b) Retirement Plan with a match that starts a year from their hire date.
Earned Wage Access
Team members can instantly access up to 50% or up to $500 of their net earned wages instantly for a flat $5 fee in the pay period used. Free to enroll, no payday loans, no credit check.
Employee Referral Bonus
Our most effective recruitment practice. Up to $300 to the current team member who refers a new team member. Unlimited for all positions – all team members eligible; paid in increments over 6 months.

About Our Team
Being a Care Partner at Rhythms Home Care

As a Rhythms Home Care team member, no two days are the same. Care partners may support some clients for just a few hours while spending the entire day with others, often visiting multiple homes. Some shifts take place in private residences, while others are within senior living communities. Those who accept weekend shifts can also earn bonuses.
