In-Home Dementia & Memory Care in Denver, CO
We believe that a dementia diagnosis like Alzheimer’s does not define a person; each individual is unique, with their own rhythm of life. Through compassionate in-home dementia and memory care, we build positive relationships with each client, honoring their rhythm while creating an environment where each person can navigate the world successfully.

About Our Memory Care Service
Our Dementia Care Philosophy
Through our holistic, personalized approach to memory care – we strive to create an environment that encourages those on the dementia journey to live a full life.
Our specially trained team members provide customized and engaging home care services tailored for your loved one living with dementia, including Alzheimer’s, Lewy Body and Parkinson. Each team member receives specialized training to assist individuals receiving our memory care services. Every team member learns that dementia is a shift in the way a person experiences the world around them and affects every area of their lives, not just memory. Our caregivers complete monthly online dementia training as well as in-person training. In addition, we also provide annual competency training for our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) and Personal Care Associates (PCA).

We believe that being in familiar surroundings can greatly benefit older adults in the early stages of cognitive changes. Our compassionate team strives to create a comfortable and safe environment, that delivers care and assistance directly in your home.
Our innovative Rhythms philosophy and approach to memory care is deeply rooted in our principles and beliefs, guiding our services with:
- Innovative Programming
- Intuitive Communication
- Compassion Driven Approach
- Personal Connections
These principles guide our actions, embracing individual differences, identifying and accommodating your loved one’s unique needs. Fostering a sense of purpose, and validating their emotions. Creating an environment where your loved one can thrive, live in safety, comfort, and dignity.
Normal Aging Versus Dementia
Aging is a natural journey marked by various physical and cognitive changes. Distinguishing between normal aging processes and dementia symptoms is crucial for providing appropriate care tailored to individual needs.
By implementing tailored strategies, accessing valuable resources, and seeking support from dedicated caregivers can create an environment that promotes independence, dignity, and a high quality of life as they navigate normal aging or dementia/Alzheimer’s.
