Contact Us TodayWe believe that dementia / Alzheimers does not define a human being and each person is a unique individual with a rhythm of life. Building a positive relationship with each client, we put the focus on your loved one’s rhythm of life while our job is to create an environment where each person can navigate the world successfully.
Our specially trained team members provide customized and engaging home care services tailored for your loved one living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. Each team member receives specialized training to assist individuals receiving our memory care services. We ensure every team member learns that dementia is a shift in the way a person experiences the world around him/her and affects every area of their lives, not just memory. We also provide annual competency training for our PCA and CNA caregivers.
Being at home in familiar surroundings can be beneficial to older adults living with dementia and Alzheimer’s in the earlier stages of cognitive and memory changes, that’s why our compassionate team members strive to do everything we can to make your loved one feel comfortable and safe as we come to you and offer care and assistance to you and your family at home.
Our innovative Rhythms philosophy and approach to memory care is deeply rooted in our principles and beliefs.
Each of these principles guides our actions embracing individual differences, identifying and accommodating your loved one’s unmet needs, reinforcing a sense of purpose and understanding and validating your loved ones feelings. Our goal is to create an environment where your loved one can navigate the world successfully, and live in safety, comfort and dignity in their later years.
If you need help at home or assistance with caring for your loved one, we’d be honored to help you navigate the journey ahead.
