Recipients recognized, demonstrate the highest level of care and professionalism and are committed to using client feedback to enhance their services. To qualify, providers must maintain an average client Overall Satisfaction score of 8.75 or higher on a 1-10 scale, and complete a minimum of 12 third-party client surveys over six consecutive months.
