No, we do not charge a consultation assessment fee.
What does “Aging in Place” mean?
Aging in place is when someone has the opportunity to naturally age in the comfort of their own home. At Rhythms Home Care, we have a highly trained team that helps adults living in their home to reach their highest level of wellness.
What is your minimum hour of service requirements?
We have a four-hour minimum unless you’re a resident within our CLC communities or live within a one-mile radius of our communities.
How long do I have to have home care service? Is there a contract that is required?
The duration of service is a decision driven by you and/or your family members and /or POA. We base the time frame of service on your specific needs. There’s never a contract for our home care services. We provide a home care service agreement designed to set up specific needs of service as well as provide the approval needed to be in your home.
What if I have a need after normal business hours?
No problem, Rhythms Home Care can be reached 24/7 at 303-558-5439. We have staff on-call after hours to assist with your needs.
Do you have contractors or employees?
Rhythms Home Care employs our Home Care staff and team members.
Do I have to pay the team member assisting me or my loved one?
No, our team members are employees of Rhythms Home Care, therefore, Rhythms is responsible for their payroll and payroll taxes.
What happens if the team member is injured while taking care of my family member?
Rhythms Home Care staff is covered by workers’ compensation insurance, liability insurance and they are also bonded-all provided by Rhythms.
Is there a nurse on staff?
Yes, Rhythms Home Care has a Home Care RN on staff. Our RN oversees our clients’/residents’ medical care needs.
Do you accept Medicaid?
We do not accept Medicaid (HCBS/IHSS).
We accept private pay and LTC Insurance.
Do I have to have services every day?
No, Rhythms Home Care services are designed to meet your individual needs. Whether your care need is once a week or every day, we’re here to assist you with an individualized plan of care.
Do you offer transportation services?
Yes, our team members are available to provide transportation services.
Do you screen your employees?
Yes, our team members are screened prior to being hired through extensive background screenings, employer references as well as DMV checks.
Are your team members trained?
We provide monthly training subjects for each Rhythms team member and annual competencies are conducted.
