We are honored to share that Rhythms Home Care has been awarded the prestigious World’s Best Culture Certification from Drive. This recognition celebrates our supportive, values-driven workplace culture that is foundational to the quality care that Rhythms provides.
“What an incredible accomplishment for Rhythms Home Care! Our team not only supports individuals within our CLC communities, but also across the greater Metro Denver area. They’ve built a culture rooted in caring, personal accountability, and a deep respect for diversity—all while working independently to provide meaningful, client-centered care.”
– Mansour Gazawi, Executive Director at Rhythms Home Care
What is the World’s Best Culture Certification?
Drive’s World’s Best Culture Certification recognizes aging services organizations for their exceptional workplace culture through the Culture Values Assessment by Barrett Values Centre. Drive is the aging services field’s leading user of this comprehensive tool, which has also evaluated thousands of renowned companies worldwide, including Mastercard, Coca-Cola, Prudential, and Volvo. With more than four million culture assessments and 25 years of data, the Barrett Values Centre provides a robust benchmark for measuring organizational culture.
Understanding Employee Satisfaction Through Direct Team Member Feedback
Through the Culture Values Assessment, Rhythms team members shared their personal values, the current values of our organization, and the desired values of their ideal workplace. The responses were then collected and used to calculate a culture score based on the alignment of these values, reflecting the strength and health of our organizational culture. For Rhythms Home Care, this feedback highlighted what is working well and where we have opportunities to improve, charting a path for future growth as a team.
Rhythms Home Care’s Culture Score
To receive a World’s Best Culture certification, an organization must achieve a minimum of 70 on the Culture Values Assessment. For context, the Global Average is 55 and Drive’s senior living communities average is 69. Rhythms far surpassed this threshold with an exceptional culture score of 89. This score affirms Rhythms’ commitment to fostering a phenomenal work environment that values each team member’s voice and contributions.
In analyzing the survey results, we were also pleased to find that Rhythms team members view our top current values to be accountability, caring, and diversity. These values are a genuine reflection of both our individual team members and the camaraderie they have built as a team around shared values.
The Impact of Culture on Our Organization
We are excited for the opportunities that this certification will bring in connecting us with values-driven job seekers, further strengthening the care and services we offer. Evidence-based research shows that aligned values between employees and an organization are critical to team member retention and satisfaction. This is particularly important in the face of workforce challenges both nationally and within the aging services field.
“Applying globally recognized culture measurements to aging services means those organizations earning this high distinction have the caring heart of a senior living provider AND the culture of a world-class business leader.”
– Denise Boudreau, Founder and President at Drive
In addition to Rhythms Home Care’s World Best Culture Certification, our parent organization, Christian Living Communities (CLC), also received this esteemed designation along with five of our sister senior living communities.
